Court Outage Notice

The Alfred A. Arraj, Byron Rogers and Byron White U.S. Courthouses in Denver are currently experiencing a power outage, expected until 12:00 today, Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The Court’s IT and communications systems in the Arraj and Rogers courthouses have been adversely affected. If you have a hearing in either courthouse during these dates, check CM-ECF to determine the status of your hearing and, if necessary, email the assigned judge’s chambers. The Clerk’s Office front counter is also closed. Unrepresented (pro se) parties may submit filings by U.S. Mail or by email to cod_prose_filing@cod.uscourts.gov.
